Toby LaVigne, Founder & CEO
Toby began his print-on-demand career in 1995 with the purchase of an Indigo press and a disruptive vision.
Toby's prior experience in the commercial print industry highlighted the urgent need for a more scalable solution
for short run print. Soon after, HubCast was born. Toby is passionate about building exceptional teams and creating
innovative technologies to transform concepts into reality. He is a member and officer of the Young Presidents Organization.

Ken Hanulec, VP, Operations
Ken is an 18 year industry veteran having held positions with Creo, Mitsubishi, and Linotype-Hell. He has practical experience
with brand positioning and growth strategies. Ken has effectively managed business activities throughout his career including:
teams, budgets, business development, integrated market planning, and go to market execution. He is a member of Vistage International.

Tony Dolph, VP, Marketing
Tony brings 20 years of product marketing and management expertise to HubCast, working in both public and private sector
technology companies. Combining corporate and consulting experience, Tony has a strong track record
establishing emerging companies as market leaders, and reigniting growth in established companies
through innovative market, product, and distribution initiatives. Tony was an
integral part of the management team of both Progress Software Corporation and Media 100 during their periods of rapid growth.

Fred Lovine, Director, IT and Software development
Fred Joins HubCast to provide technical leadership and to grow our existing team
of excellent software engineers. He brings a wealth of experience in building
robust software engines for companies such as Charles River Development,
CityLinkWeb and most recently a services-oriented architecture platform with
10,000 customers for TravelCLICK. He holds a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute and an MS from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
