What are the fees associated with the HubCast service?

The only time you pay for the HubCast service is when you place and complete an order. At that time, you will be charged for the print and delivery price quoted to you. The price you are quoted is charged to you at the time of the order. There are no other hidden fees or foreign currency exchange rate fluctuation risks. There are also no other subscription or licensing fees to use HubCast.


How do I pay for the HubCast service?

When you first register, you enter (in a secured environment) your credit/procurement card information. At any time, you can add cards, edit the information you previously entered, or delete cards. At the time you place an order, you have the option to select any of your cards. Your card will be charged at the time you complete the order.


Is my transaction secure?

Yes. Every HubCast.com transaction is transmitted across the Internet using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This industry standard ensures that information sent from your browser is scrambled while in transit and decoded when it arrives on our servers. The power of HubCast’s service is that you get competitive pricing in-country and in-market. Hence, when you place an order online at hubcast.com, the price you pay for print and distribution is the local market price for these services.

Yes, if applicable by law.


Do you bill me VAT (value-added tax)?

Yes, if applicable, the price you are quoted includes VAT.


Does your price include both print and delivery/shipping?

Yes.


Can you charge my own shipping account?

Yes. You have the option to indicate your own shipping account against which we will charge the associated shipping costs of your order.
