What products can I purchase through HubCast?

What if I don’t see the product or options, I’m seeking?
If you have a requirement that you don’t see listed above, please call Customer

What paper stock options do I have?
HubCast’s print service providers (PSPs) use only premium stocks, selected by the
PSP for local availability and print quality, which are then validated by HubCast’s
color matching methodology. A range of stocks with various characteristics (e.g.,
weight, coated and uncoated, matte, dull and glossy) are available
Does HubCast offer recycled paper?
If available within a particular country, recycled papers are listed as paper options.
Can I use select paper stock by brand?
HubCast’s global print on demand service is founded on the premise of speed, global
reach, and quality. Specific paper brands are not always available in all regions
of the world, or sometimes not readily available at the in-country PSP to fulfill
a quick turnaround project. Hence, while HubCast uses only high-quality stocks and
brands, and makes them available in a wide assortment of weights and characteristics,
we cannot guarantee a particular choice of stock by brand.
Can HubCast handle custom sizes?
Yes. If your particular size is not shown in our core set of product offerings,
please call Customer Care at 877.207.6665 ext 2. (+1 781.221.7200 ext. 2) or
email us to determine if your specific custom size can be produced, and
if so, at what price.
Does HubCast offer warehousing or kitting?
At this time, HubCast does not offer warehousing options. As a global print-on-demand
service, we produce what you need, when you need it. As such, we do not print large
quantities of print that are stored for future distribution (and which might be
disposed of at a later date).
Similarly, we do not “kit” packages if kitting involves merging print and product
from inventory. We do routinely package materials together for distribution to your
destination.
Does HubCast offer localization services?
Content is the responsibility of our clients, including localization and language
translation. HubCast’s core competency is to distribute and print this content in
the most affordable and fastest manner through our “distribute then print” model.
Am I limited to formats that fit only the HP Indigo, 12-inch by 18-inch format?
Yes, to enable the powerful benefits of the HubCast service, including reduced shipping
costs, faster turnaround, and high quality, our global network of print service
providers (PSPs) prints on digital HP Indigo presses with a common 12-inch by 18-inch
(304.8 mm by 457.2 mm) format.
