How do I prepare press-ready PDFs?

Begin by downloading and installing these Tools for HubCasting. Additionally, HubCast provides thorough instructions as to how to prepare press-ready PDFs. Finally, when you upload your PDF during the ordering process, HubCast analyzes it and will automatically prepare it for HubCasting, if necessary. In this case you will be provided with a PDF report highlighting issues which HubCast was able to resolve and allows you to continue with your order. If HubCast is unable to automatically prepare your file for HubCasting, this PDF report will identify what you must modify in order to make it press-ready.


What are HubCast’s support hours?

HubCast’s Customer Care organization is available by phone or email from 8am to 9pm ET (USA), Monday through Friday, except on national holidays. Additionally, during after hours on a best-effort basis, we will endeavor to get back to you as soon as possible, but certainly no later than during the first business hour of the following business day.
