This User’s Guide is intended for registered users and the administrator of the PrintSphere file-sharing service and explains how to use the PrintSphere website, desktop application and mobile apps.

Registered users receive an e-mail invitation to sign up for PrintSphere and have full access to the service.
The quickest way to start sharing files is on the PrintSphere website which can be accessed in any web browser and requires no installation of software.
The PrintSphere desktop application lets you sync files in your space on the PrintSphere website with a local folder on your computer, and vice versa.
The PrintSphere mobile apps are ideal for file-sharing while you’re on the go.
