Editing Your Account
You manage your account details on your Personal page.
Change your PrintSphere password 
NOTE: If you are an administrator, you must go to the SphereCenter application to change your password.
1 Click your photo or name initial in the top right corner on the menu bar and choose Settings.
2 In the Password section on the Personal page, enter your current password in the Current Password field and then a new password of your choice in the New Password field.
We recommend that the password strength indicator is green. You can see what you typed as new password by clicking the eye icon.
3 Click Change password. A check mark indicates that your password has been changed.
Edit your Account Profile 
You can change some of your profile settings on the Personal page.
1 Click your photo or name initial in the top right corner on the menu bar and choose Settings.
2 Edit your details as required, for example, add or change your profile picture, and set notification. See “Profile and Preferences” for details.
Reset your PrintSphere forgotten password 
NOTE: If you are an administrator, you will be redirected go to the SphereCenter application to reset a forgotten password.
1 On the PrintSphere log-on page, click Forgot password.
2 Enter your e-mail address and click Reset password.
You will receive an e-mail inviting you go to the PrintSphere where you can set a new password of your choice.
3 Enter a password of your choice in the New Password field above the Set password button.
4 Click the Set password button.
The printsphere.com website is displayed. You now have access to the PrintSphere service with your new password.
