Signing In and Out
Prerequisites
You can only log on to the PrintSphere service as a Manual PrintSphere user if you have received an e-mail from the administrator with your user credentials.
Sign on to the PrintSphere website the first time
1 Click the link in the e-mail you received from your administrator to initialize your password.
This unique link remains valid for 24 hours. The e-mail also shows your User Name which you need to log in.

2 On the PrintSphere website, enter a password of your choice in the New Password field above the Set password button.

3 Click the Set password button.
The Welcome to PrintSphere First Run Wizard is displayed which has links to download the Desktop application and the mobile apps and other information.
4 Proceed to the PrintSphere website by clicking the black “x” in the top right corner to dismiss the wizard. You can open this wizard later from your personal profile page. (See “Profile and Preferences”.)
The printsphere.com website is displayed and the Files page is the landing page. This page is initially empty unless files or folders are already being shared with you. These shared files appear automatically now you have logged on.
Sign on to the PrintSphere website
1 Click this link or copy and paste it in the address bar of your browser:
TIP: You can bookmark the PrintSphere URL as a favorite, just like any other website.

2 Enter your User Name or your e-mail address in the Username field, and your password in the field below it. You can find your User Name in the e-mail you received from your administrator.
NOTE: If you are the printer administrator, you must enter your e-mail address in the Username field to log in.
3 Click Log in.
The printsphere.com website is opened and the Files page is displayed as landing page. The list of files and folders is presented as a List or a Grid.

Sign out on the PrintSphere website
Click your photo or name initial in the top right corner on the menu bar and choose Log Out.You are now logged off on the PrintSphere website but you can still be logged in on the desktop application or mobile apps.
