Activity Monitoring
The Activity tab is a log of all the sync activity relating to the PrintSphere folders on your computer. It does not log activities in your PrintSphere space that do not affect your local folders.
In addition to reporting normal activities that you initiate such as uploading, downloading and deleting data, the log also reports errors if an action cannot be performed. You can retry the syncing three times with the Retry Sync button (see “Retry syncing”). Copy the entire log of activities to your clipboard with the Copy button.
Activity Actions
The Activity tab lists all activities on files and folders:
Deleted: Files or folders have been deleted from your local PrintSphere folder; for example, data was deleted from your space in a folder which is synced to your computer, or you deleted a file from your local PrintSphere folder in the file manager.
Downloaded: Files or folders have been downloaded from your remote PrintSphere space to your computer; for example, when data was added, uploaded or shared to your space and this data is synced to your computer. This action is not reported when you download data directly from your space to your computer.
Uploaded: You uploaded files or folders from your local folder to your space; for example, you added files to your local PrintSphere folder in the file manager.
Error: An error is reported if the action could not be carried out; for example, if a file or folder cannot be downloaded because it matches the criteria of the ignored files list, or it contains characters that cannot be synchronized to other file systems, a large file is locked because it is currently written.
