Opening and Closing the Application
The PrintSphere desktop application may be open but not visible while it is running in the background.

OR
If PrintSphere is running in the background, click the icon in the System Tray.

Close the desktop application
Closing the desktop application hides it but leaves it running in the background.
*Click the Close button in the application window (x in top right corner).
Quit the desktop application
You can quit the PrintSphere service if you do not want it running in the background. However, quitting stops the automatic syncing of files in the local folder to the PrintSphere server in the cloud, and vice versa.
CAUTION: Quitting the application stops the syncing process.
*Context-click the icon in the System Tray and choose Quit PrintSphere.
Log out of an account
If you have multiple accounts you may want to log out of a particular account so it no longer syncs in the background while the application is still open for another account.
CAUTION: Signing out of an account stops the syncing process.
1 Context-click the icon in the System Tray and choose Settings to open the application.
2 In the account tab in question, click the Account button and choose Log out.
The sync connection folder or folders are grayed out.
Log in to an account
If you logged out of an account you need to log back in to resume syncing.
1 Context-click the icon in the System Tray and choose Settings to open the application.
2 In the account tab in question, click the Account button and choose Log in.
3 Enter your password for the account and click OK.
