Who Should Use the Mobile Apps?
The PrintSphere mobile apps let you access your PrintSphere space and share files using your mobile device. Although your space is synced to your device and you can see what’s in your space, the mobile apps do not sync and download the actual data unless you need to open or preview a particular file.
Prerequisites
You must have a device with Android 4.0 or higher or Apple iOS 7 or higher. The mobile apps are free of charge but you need PrintSphere user credentials to sign on and configure the mobile apps. These are the same credentials that you use to sign on to the PrintSphere website.
Install the app (Android and Apple iOS)
1 In the Google Play store or Apple App store, enter printsphere in the search box and select the PrintSphere app which looks like this:

This will take you to the app page.
2 Install the app like any other mobile app and then open the app for the configuration. The app is free of charge.
The configuration screen is displayed when you open the app the first time and all you need to do is enter your Username and Password.

These are the same credentials you use for the PrintSphere website.
3 Check that the connection URL is the following:
4 Tap Connect.
You are now connected to your PrintSphere space and you can see all the files and folders in your space.
