Settings
To open the settings menu, tap the menu icon (three stacked dots) in the top right corner or press the menu button on your device.On Apple iOS, select Settings at the bottom of the screen.In the settings menu you have the following options:
•Refresh account: Tap to sync and reload the contents of your PrintSphere space
•Settings: Tap to open the actual settings
•Sort: Tap and choose how you want to sort items in the list: alphabetically or by date
Options you may want to change in the Settings screen:
Add account
Tap to open a new screen where you can enter user credentials for additional accounts. Only applies if you received multiple user credentials from your administrator. Additional accounts will appear at the top of the screen.
Add PIN
Select the check box to open a screen where you enter a 4-digit code that you will need to enter every time the app is started.
Service Password
(Android only) Not applicable.
Instant uploads
Select the picture or video uploads check boxes if you want pictures or videos you take on your device to also be saved to your PrintSphere space. The file is saved to the InstantUpload folder in the root of your PrintSphere space in addition to the normal location on your device.
Recommend to a friend
Opens your e-mail with a link to download the PrintSphere app. Only useful if the person in question has received user credentials from the administrator.
