Working with Files and Folders
You can upload, download and share files and folders in your PrintSphere space more or less in the same way as on the PrintSphere website. You can also create new folders in your space.
App Gestures
Tap a file to download and view the file.The download screen is displayed with a download progress bar and file details. A downloaded file is indicated with a green download icon in the list of files.

Tap a folder to open the folder.Opens the folder and reveals its contents.
Touch and hold a folder to open a menu.Use this gesture to open a menu where you can choose to Share link, Download, Rename, Move, Remove.

NOTE: Touch and hold is also referred to as a long press: you touch the screen of your device until something happens on the screen or a menu is displayed.
Share a file or folder
You can share items with a public link but not by selecting users or groups.
Touch and hold a file or folder and choose Share link in the menu. For example you can choose an e-mail application to open the e-mail and paste the link, or you can copy the link, etc.On Apple iOS, swipe the file or folder to the right and choose Share Link. You can set an expiration time and password. Upload files
You can upload files (but not folders) from your file system, or content from other apps to your PrintSphere space.
1 Tap the Upload button at the top of the screen.

On Apple iOS, tap the + button in the top right corner.
2 Choose Files or Content from other apps.
A notification informs you when the upload is completed. This means the data has been synced to your PrintSphere space.
Create a new folder
You can create a folder which is synced to your PrintSphere space.
1 Tap the New Folder button at the top of the screen.

On Apple iOS, tap the + button in the top right corner and select New Folder.
2 Enter the folder name and click OK.
