Uploading and Downloading
Uploading and downloading files is one of the main activities in your PrintSphere space. You have several options for doing this.
Upload files 
On the Files page, you have two options for uploading files to your space.
*Click the New button (+) in the navigation bar at the top of the list or grid on the Files page and then click Upload file to open the file manager. Select one or more files that you want to upload and click Open.
OR
Open the file manager on your computer, select one or more files and drag and drop these files onto the Files page.
The uploaded files are added to your space in the current folder and they will be visible to all users who are sharing the folder.
Uploading files to the ApogeeJobs, AutoPilot or StoreFrontLibrary folders may trigger special processing. See “Special Files and Folders”.
NOTE: With most browsers you can only upload files to your space through the PrintSphere website – not folders. You can also upload folders if you are using the Chrome browser for example.
Download files 
1 To download a single file or folder in the Files list or grid, click Download in the Actions menu for that item.
OR
To download multiple items, select the check boxes and then click Download in the Actions menu at the top of the list or grid.
OR
To download all items in the current folder, click the Select All check box at the top of the list or grid to select all the items and then click Download in the Actions menu at the top of the list or grid.
2 Depending on your browser, the selected files are downloaded to the default Downloads folder or to a folder of your choice on your computer. If more than one file is selected, these files are downloaded together in a single package (e.g. ZIP).
